More than 100 teams already build here

Ed Prinz started the Web3 Hub Vienna in 2025. Since then it has run out of DC Tower 3, at District Working, Donau-City-Straße 3, operated by neob.ai. The U1 stops at Kaisermühlen, a few minutes on foot.

Vienna has quietly become one of the European cities where distributed ledger technology gets built rather than just discussed. The hub gives that scene an address.

Long past the crypto cliché

Over a hundred players are active in the city: startups, established companies, innovation centers, research institutions and investors, all working on real applications of blockchain and Web3. This ecosystem moved beyond cryptocurrencies a long time ago.

Give companies, startups, innovators and investors a room to meet and build in. We work with Crypto Valley in Zug, the Web3.Hub in Berlin and others.

neob.ai sits here, next to AQ Forensic, our first resident crypto startup, working on forensics and analytics. More companies are in talks.

Everything within a few steps

The hub sits in DC Tower 3, at District Working, one of Vienna’s leading technology centers. PwC, EY, Oracle and Iteratec are neighbours.

TechGate, Ares Tower, DC1 Tower, Saturn Tower, Andromeda Tower and the IZD Tower are all within walking distance. When an event outgrows the hub, the Austria Center down the road holds thousands of guests.
